TOKIO, January 27, 2025 – (JCN Newswire) – Anime Tokyo Station is an animated exhibition site that focuses on the content of Japanese animation, which has developed a religious mass base even outside Japan. It regularly hosts special exhibitions of famous animation, and attracts more than 130,000 visitors annually (starting from January 2025), from children and adults alike, from Japan and abroad.
From February 8 to May 6, a special exhibition for “Oshi no Ko”, which is tremendous popularity between the Japanese and foreign audiences.
“Oshi no Ko”, created by the Aka Akasaka and Mengo Yokoyari’s dream team, is a famous anime that uses a new style to highlight the entertainment industry. It tells the story of the fateful meeting between a young doctor and his favorite idol, AI, Idol in the B-Komachi collection. It was launched in April 2023, and it attracted a great deal of attention not only to his story but also to his music, and he caused a maximum up to the announcement of a third season.
The exhibits in this special exhibition will include the main scenes that cover the story of the anime, the character paintings, the pictures sites, and the videos that allow visitors to the exhibition experience what will be the case when seeing the direct performance of the B-Komachi band, the Idols band. The first season of the “Oshi No Ko” television began in April 2023, followed by the second season in July 2024, to become famous all over the world. In this exhibition, visitors will be able to experience the world of “Oshi No Ko” and the attractiveness of idols and other characters that appear in this anime, which caused a sensation.
