The browser maker in Norway Opera On Tuesday, it launched a new browser entitled “Opera Air”, which focuses on mental welfare and mind with features such as Break reminders, breathing exercises, sound arches, and ears to improve focus.
The company said that people use browsers for many of their work online, and wanted to charge a browser not just a interest tool but rather a stress and focus management system.
Opera has chosen a new lightweight design with semi -transparent clothes.
In the floating sidebar, the company has put a break -up reminder and feature that plays a set of music, surrounding sounds and ears – along with shortcuts to the company’s AI’s assistant, messenger, and WhatsApp.
The “Take a Break” feature works like a battery index through three bars, and it becomes gray if you continue to use the browser for a long time. You can determine the time of continuous use, after which the indicator level decreases, indicating that you take a break. You can also turn off this indicator system completely.
For breaks, the company designed various breathing exercises, neck extensions, meditation, or full body checks. You can do these activities depending on the length of the break you want to take and the method of activity you want to choose.
For neck extensions, you can also choose to play the camera so that the browser can guide you in your position and form it during the exercises.

Currently, Opear Air only directed exercises to these separations in English. But it also works on audio for other covenants.
Another mind feature, called reinforcements, is already with a pre -defined group of music, surrounding sounds and ears. The director of the company’s products, Mohamed Salah, said that he chose to include beats with both ears in these audio foods because it helps to improve the focus by playing a little different frequencies in each ear, and in fact, the new “ghost” frequency effect in the brain creates.
You can change the music, the surrounding sound, the frequency of the ears and the size of each path at any time. Users can also choose the duration they want to play a 15 -minute batch to infinity. You can play or stop support from the sidebar at any time.

When Techcrunch Opera asked why he built a separate browser instead of baking these tools in the current browser, Salah said that the company wanted to bake in the concept of mind in a different product.
“Opera One is a wonderful browser aimed at productivity with features like Speld Screen and Tab Islands. But what we want with Apera Air is to transfer the concept of vigilance with mind tools and simple design.”
He also pointed out that although there are different applications for Breach or audio tools on Mac and mobile phone, the company wanted to provide a comprehensive mental package on the desktop.
The challenge facing the opera will be to make people adopt this version to browse alertness. Through Opera One Browser and the game -focused Opera GX browser, the company built a set of features that people may use, and the transition to a browser may not be simple.
