Edgar Birlanga published the next six battles he wanted after his eighth battle in March, and it is rumored to be against Journeyman Gabriel Rosado (26-17-1, 15 Cos) in Puerto Rico. Rosado has not won the battle four years since 2021.
Six battles, zero opportunities?
He is likely to lose in front of all the six battles that Birlanga wants. This would make it difficult for him to fight the remaining five without a massive violent reaction from the fighters who choose to fight him.
Edgar Jeremal Charlo and Jimmy Mongooya, who was recently postponed on the list. Even these men are likely to be very talented against Berlanga much larger.
Interestingly, Birlanga (22-1, 17 KOS) included a match with Canilo Alvarez as one of the six battles he wants, which seems very unlikely without a high-level heavy weight or cruiser beating.
Canelo will never fight Birlanga without doing anything beyond his abilities, such as hitting David Benfdiz, David Morel, Artur Peterev or Dmitry Bever.
According to what was reported, Berlanja was moistened 193 Rart To lose the decision consisting of 12 rounds against Canilo on September 14 last year. Brooklyn, New York, looked huge in the ring with Canilo that night. Surprisingly, he was able to make 168 pounds.
Being great, he should fight in heavy weight. Berlanga’s decision to stay in 168 is understandable, but it is not talented enough to overcome the competitors in 175.

Fighters like Kalb Blant and Homzal Shiraz are likely to jump to the opportunity to fight Berlanja. The former IBF hero has already tried to get a fight against him, but without luck. If Plante tries to fight him, he may ignore him and continue to play safely, waiting and hopes that Canilo will bless him with a match.
Berlanga has not yet defeated anyone to prove that he is a B. B. He is not on the level of how he looked at Canelo and in some of his other battles.
